Easy, no bake chocolate energy balls that is heathy and vegan friendly

Ingredients
1 cup of medjool dates
3 tbsp pure cocoa powderNo
1/2 cup of almonds
1/2 cup of cashew nuts
1/2 cup of grated or desiccated coconut (save some for rolling your balls in)
Preparation
Soak your dates in hot water for at least 4 hours and take the pips out.
Blend all your ingredients together in a high-speed blender till smooth.
Roll into small bite-sized balls and roll in coconut.
Put in the fridge to firm for an hour or two.
