About the Recipe

Easy, no bake chocolate energy balls that is heathy and vegan friendly

Ingredients

  1. 1 cup of medjool dates

  2. 3 tbsp pure cocoa powderNo

  3. 1/2 cup of almonds

  4. 1/2 cup of cashew nuts

  5. 1/2 cup of grated or desiccated coconut (save some for rolling your balls in)

Preparation

  1. Soak your dates in hot water for at least 4 hours and take the pips out.

  2. Blend all your ingredients together in a high-speed blender till smooth.

  3. Roll into small bite-sized balls and roll in coconut.

  4. Put in the fridge to firm for an hour or two.
