Super easy, healthy blue berry baked oats that is also vegan!

Ingredients
2 cups of rolled oats (fine)
1 cup oat milk
2 cups blueberries (fresh or frozen)
1/2 tsp baking soda
2 bananas
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 tbsp. flaxseed
Preparation
Mix the bananas, 1/2 cup of blueberries, vanilla and oat milk in a blender till smooth.
Mix the liquid into your dry ingredients (oats and baking soda) and blend together.
In a glass baking dish, add 1 cup of blueberries at the bottom. Top with the oat mixture.
Bake in the over for 20 minutes at 180 degree Celsius.
When they are ready, add the rest of your blueberries on the top and serve warm.
